Privacy notice
This notice explains what Utilities Leadgen does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain.
What we collect
When you send the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to add them, your company website, your role and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from. We do not collect anything else through this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to answer your request. That might mean replying to your note, arranging a conversation or preparing the line survey you asked for. We do not add you to any mailing list, and if you reply "stop" at any point we will not contact you again.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are read by the people at Utilities Leadgen who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts on the page are loaded from a font service so the text displays as designed.
Asking us to delete your details
You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to hannah.collins@utilitiesleadgen.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will remove it and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us to show you what we hold.
